This course is designed to provide students with a sound understanding of the principles of Marketing. Focus will be on the application of Marketing principles for the development of products, services, and ideas in order to achieve organizational growth. Students will be introduced to concepts, implementation of the concepts to foster marketing success and solving marketing problems. Topics include consumer behavior, market research, marketing communications, promotion of products and services, personal selling, customer satisfaction, quality and value, competitive analysis and positioning, and online/ social media marketing.
